1 Cup Apple Sauce
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup tahini
1/2 cup egg whites

{Dry}
1/2 Cup Chocolate Protein Powder
2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
2 Tbsp Caco Powder
1 Tbsp Maca Powder

Mix and bake at 350 for 20 mins and let sit.
